They don't fill anything in and they don't set anything up — they sit somewhere comfortable and take a call, on video or a plain phone line, from someone who wants to hear about their life. Nobody has to arrive with a story prepared; drawing it out is our job, not theirs.
What you do, and what we do.

- share the photos
- read the draft and ask for changes
- arrange and hold the interviews
- record and write, keeping their phrasing
- choose and place the photos
- deliver the page, the book, or the film, depending on the package
- keep all of it private unless you've told us otherwise in writing
The stories are already there. Someone just has to ask.
You don't need to know what to ask — that's the part we bring, and nothing is shared unless you say so.
